Upper Body
This upper body focus workout uses competing giant sets to concentrate on one muscle group at a time. Each giant set includes 4 moves at 30 sec each, focusing your workout efforts to evenly exhaust that group of muscles before repeating the set. You will have a quick 30 sec. HIIT burpee move after repeating the set. Shoulders, back, biceps, & triceps are sure to feel the BURN with this one!
