This workout focuses on movements that will gradually create stress and tension on the muscle. As the timer goes up, weighted reps will increase when performing the drop sets. You will be pushed to focus on form with slow & heavy reps. The goal of the drop weight set is to maximize lean muscle, strengthen endurance and focus on set completion until failure.
