In this 45 min FULL BODY hybrid workout we will perform lower & upper body supersets. We will focus on the lower body first, combining strength training + HIIT cardio. The workout finishes with an upper body hybrid superset. Shoulders, back, and chest will be worked combining two training styles; slow and controlled + AMRAP’s.
