The Fueled Nutrition Guide is a “guide” that provides you with suggested daily menus while allowing you the flexibility to swap out foods or meals to fit you and your lifestyle. Its design makes fueling easy, simple and effective to reach your nutrition goals. This guide gives you options if you need to adjust the macros given, if you are intermittent fasting, a picky eater, or even if you are Gluten Free! This is the perfect tool to simplify your nutrition and keep you on track!

Unlimited Train Insane App Workouts

Unlimited Access to our Train Insane Fitness app where you will have access to our full library of workouts with new workouts added regularly! Follow along with our own Train Insane Trainers as you do some of the same workouts as we do at our Orem location ($25 value) (valid for the 6 weeks during the challenge and membership will end after the last day of the challenge)

Challenge Entry Details

  • Focus on slowly accumulating new habits each week. Two goals will be given on Week 1 and then we will add 1 goal per week to the previous goals given.  Week 1 - 2 goals, week 2 - 3 goals, week 4 - 5 goals, and so forth. Depending on the goals set for that week, you will need to complete and record daily in order to earn points.  On the 6th and final week of the challenge you will be focused on completing 7 goals daily. We want to start out with small attainable goals and then keep building to create long lasting healthy habits.
  • Record goals on the provided Google doc which you will receive access to in your welcome email
  • Submit before and after photos (front, side and back) to ut@traininsanefitness.com
  • This challenge will be for 6 weeks starting on Tuesday, September 3rd and ending on Monday, October 14th.
  • Participate in a support group on Facebook with other challengers.  We are in this together!
  • Receive weekly emails introducing the new goal for the week as well as tips and tricks to stay motivated. These emails will also include “pop up” weekly challenges, separate from the goals on your spreadsheet, for a chance at more prizes, so keep an eye out for those! 
  • Challenger with the highest points will win a Grand Prize of $250 cash! (In case of a tie, photos will be used to help determine a winner.)
  • Raffle Prizes: All participants with more than 70% of the available points, who complete the challenge will be eligible and entered into a random drawing for some amazing prizes!
  • Weekly Prizes: You will have opportunities to WIN along the way! Keep an eye out for our weekly emails that we will announce random challenges for a chance at more amazing prizes.
