This 30 minute shred consists of three sets where we will target your shoulders, biceps and core. All moves in set one will be performed with a stability ball, set two will be performed with a barbell and set three we will be using dumbbells only. Dumbbells can be used for all three sets if you don’t have a ball or barbell.
